Access denied for user 'vilhs'@'ci-vilhena' (using password: YES)

Hi there.
I'm having this problem:

#28000Access denied for user 'vilhs'@'ci-vilhena' (using password: YES)
and I'm running out of ideas of what can be the error.
I'm guessing the problem is in DreamCoder fo MySQL because I tried connecting through another linux machine like this:
[root@mysql02 ~]# mysql -h mysqlnode1 -u vilhs -p
And it worked.
I doubled checked the password and it's correct, even if I change the password to a wrong one, I get the same error :/
Can you help me?
