Where to disable sutosave passwords

If you look in the help file under Options\General Options it says Define easier the most important options like : and then under Database Save Password : Save current Password, but I cannot find where to enable / disable the auto saving of passwords. I've look under Main Menu \ Options \ General and under Edit Connection and cannot find the checkbox to enable / disable auto-saving of passwords. Is thee some other location for application wide preferences?
