DreamCoder will run on Windows 95, 98, NT4, 2000, 2003, XP and Vista. The supported Oracle Server versions are 8i, 9i, 10g and 11g on any platform. To connect to an Oracle database, DreamCoder only requires a 32-bit SQL*Net or Net 8 or Net 9 version to debugger.
