Authentication failed - access database download

Authentication failed - access database download 2 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0  
I can download to Excel but the new 4.3 (and the 4.2x versions) give me an authentication failed when I try to export the data to that format. I have to use the older version of DreamCoder for Oracle on my other workstation in order to get it to work. I'm able to login to the database, modify data, view tables, etc. and even export to other formats. What's going on?
