The message is generated when the DreamCoder for Oracle not locate the OCI.dll on the computer when you try to and a new account in the
register manager.


Solution 1 :
DreamCoder for Oracle not need a Oracle client to stablish the connection, you can use the TCP-IP direct connection.


With this option you can stablish a connection to the Oracle database server without OCI client, this is the best way to a quick access to the database.

Solution 2 : You can try to install the Oracle Client in your computer.
